CONTEMPIC SCHOOL OF BALLET POLICIES


Registration Fee: A $15 fee per family is due at the time of registration. 

A valid credit card stored on file is REQUIRED.  Tuition will automatically be deducted the 1st of each month.   A $25 Insufficient funds fee will be applied if tuition payment is returned.  
Any tuition received after the 5th of the month will receive an additional late fee of $15.
 
Any student withdrawals must be completed in writing 30 days prior to withdrawal date to Director via email. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Tuition will be charged to the account until the notice is received.

No Refunds will be issued for Tuition or Class Cards.

All Private Lesson Fees must be paid prior to lesson.  

Sibling Discount: 10% Sibling discount will be given to students enrolled in the same season of classes.
*Discounts CAN NOT be combined

All students are required to follow the dresscode. Students that do not follow dress code may be asked to observe class.

All students must arrive early for classes in order to properly warm up and prepare for classes.  Any student that arrives more than 15 minutes late must observe class.  This is to alleviate distraction as well as prevent injury.

Students are encouragd to make up missed classes.  All planned make ups must be submitted in writing to the director prior to attending.

All Costume and performance fees are nonrefundable.  

Contempic School of Ballet does NOT follow the CCPS school closings. Please be sure to check the calander to know when classes are held during holiday periods.

Inclement weather policy: We do not follow CCPS school closings.  Class cancellations will be announced via Facebook and email.
